ItalianoOur apartment in Neustift in Stubai valley can host 2-6 persons.
Our house is located at the village part Neder, in a calm and sunny position,
surrounded by green meadows and with a stunning panoramic view.
We only rent one holiday apartment.
We put special attention on calmness for the holiday maker in order to guarantee full recreation.
Our apartment has a separate entrance, an own terrace and lawn for sunbathing, which is an advantage particularly in summer.
The apartment covers 65 m² and consists of the following rooms:
Big sleeping room for 2 – 3 persons, small single room, cosy living room with satellite TV and fold-away bed for 2 persons, kitchen (fully equipped with automatic dish washer), bathroom, WC and entrance. Your parking lot is next to the apartment.
As the apartment is on the ground floor, it is apropriate for wheelchair users,
furniture for babies and small children is available on request.

We accept bookings for short stays.
We offer a reduction of 50% for children from 2 till 5 years of age.
Rates for pets are fixed upon arrangement with the proprietor.
On demand we are offering bread for breakfast.
